The greatest hindrance to living a life of God-given purpose is living life in a man-centered way. Living is your greatest obstacle in life…better yet, how you live it.
Man-centered living is selfish; it’s survival minded. Its priority is to keep its conditions balanced with “happiness” at the expense of our relationship with God.
Here’s my take…we get so concerned with our condition that we lose sight of our position. Our position is to live life as co-laborers with Christ. We give Him our heart, affections and desires and He, in turn, gives us an excitement filled, adventurous life of purpose.
Don’t let “your life” get in the way of you truly living for Him!
