To honor is to value, to honor to deem worthy. To honor is to acknowledge, to honor is to submit. To honor is to recognize, to honor is to pursue. To honor is to align oneself, to honor is to follow protocol. To honor is to respect, to honor is revere. To honor is to serve, to honor is to give. To honor is to worship, to honor is to surrender to. To honor is to fear, to honor is to venerate.
With that mentioned, we can then say that to honor is to PRAY to and to PRAY for. And not to pray is to DISHONOR. No wonder the great P.T. Forsyth said, “The greatest SIN is the sin of prayerlessness”.
