WOW!! I’m still in awe over what occurred yesterday! It was nothing short of a miracle! Now, compared to the opposition we’ve had the past couple of years, yesterday’s Easter service was a breath of fresh air. I believe the Lord was letting us know something – breakthroughs come because of persistence and tenacity in prayer!
We put in the usual effort and investment in advertisement and public awareness. But this year we added another key ingredient, PRAYER – And lots of it! Prayer was the key to filling every chair and the overflow section. Prayer was the key to seeing the altars filled with people seeking the Lord. And prayer will continue to be the key to seeing supernatural results.
One of our mantras we’ve adopted is this… “We work like it all depended on us, and we pray like it all depended on HIM! Yesterday outcome was a result of team effort and God’s favor because of prayer! I’m very proud of our leadership team and volunteers. We thank you for your hard work. And now, I write this after our daily one-hour prayer conference call. We had 32 people join the line, with almost 1,500 cumulative minutes invested in intercession. All I can say is AWESOME!!!
