Manny Rivera, alongside his wife Victoria, has been a transformative leader in ministry for over three decades. Manny currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Discover Life Church in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where his impact continues to ripple through the lives of his congregation and beyond.

Manny’s ministry journey began in an unexpected place—a promising career in baseball. However, a life-altering encounter with Jesus radically changed his trajectory, compelling him to step away from baseball and into full-time ministry. Since then, Manny has been driven by a singular passion: to ignite spiritual revival and raise up the next generation of leaders who will carry the fire of the Gospel.

For over 25 years, Manny has devoted himself to training and discipling both ministry and business leaders through his Timothy Team, a unique discipleship program designed for those seeking to fulfill God’s call on their lives. His leadership is fueled by a relentless pursuit of revival, discipleship, and kingdom advancement. Known for his raw, unfiltered preaching style, Manny’s messages are infused with the power of the Holy Spirit, consistently challenging people to live with conviction, purpose, and a deep connection to Christ.

Manny and Victoria are proud parents to four amazing adult children—Calysta, Zayne, Zion (married to Erika), and Zealynd—who continue to inspire them in their walk with God. Outside of ministry, Manny finds peace and rejuvenation in nature, often hiking and discovering new trails. His love for travel allows him to engage with diverse cultures and bring the message of Christ to the nations, whether he’s speaking at international conferences or building relationships across the world.
